Sales
Manager

CMT is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to manage select customer accounts and territory.

The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of direct experience selling filter products. The position requires a strong ability to self generate leads and create new relationships. A strong technical background is preferred for this position. Knowledge of the wireless, military and space markets is a must. If the candidate's expertise is in one of these markets specifically, that is acceptable. Travel may be required up to 20%. Must be a US citizen, fluent in English and be able to hold a security clearance. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.

MF Design & Development Engineer

Design and develop complex microwave filter products. Apply in-depth analyses tools in electromagnetic theory as well as temperature stability analysis. Use computer programs to conduct electromagnetic field analysis and temperature performance testing to ensure optimal filter design. Academic coursework must include use of computer programs MATLAB/Simulink; ADS (Agilent Design System); Cadence PSPICE. Experience working with passive filter structures including dielectric resonator, lumped element, cavity and combline.

This position requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or the equivalent, and two years of experience in the same or related occupation, or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or the equivalent, and five years of progressively responsible experience in the same or related occupation.


RF/Microwave Filter Design Engineer

CMT is currently seeking candidates for the position of RF filter engineer. This position requires knowledge of all aspects of RF filter design

Filter structures include cavity / combline, interdigital, waveguide and dielectric resonator. Familiarity with discrete component filters is a plus. This position requires the individual be familiar with filter design and analysis software, development of filter prototypes and the creation of documentation to support production.

Salary –   Salary is commensurate with experience.

QA Inspector

CMT is currently seeking candidates for the position of QA Inspector.

The candidate must have two to three years experience in quality assurance inspection. J-standard certification required. Working knowledge of basic inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, various gages, and low- and high-powered microscopes. Ability to read and understand workmanship standards, military standards and source control drawings. Ability to interpret test data according to test parameters. Ability to perform first article Inspection. Computer skills, data entry experience and proven working knowledge of computer usage. Good manual dexterity for handling precise small fragile components under a microscope. Must be a US citizen, fluent in English and be able to hold a security clearance.

Development Technician/Associate Engineer

This position requires the individual to assist the Design Engineer in developing filter prototypes and generating documentation to support the production department. Familiarity with basic RF principles is essential including the understanding of magnetic and electric field coupling, inductors and capacitors. Familiarity with Agilent Network Analyzers is required.

Salary –   Salary is commensurate with experience.

Senior
Technicians

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience tuning cavity filters. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of cross-coupling techniques. The candidate must also possess working experience with band reject filters, bandpass filters, highpass filters, lowpass filters. Some previous exposure to dielectric resonator designs will be considered a plus.

Education –  The candidate should have an A.A. degree in electronics or a certificate form an accredited electronics school or equivalent industry experience . Candidate must have strong written and oral command of the English language.

Shift –   This position may be considered for either day shift or swing shift.

Physical requirements –   Physical requirements may require but are not limited to: light lifting, manual dexterity, heavy use of hands, ability to work with small hand tools.

Salary –   Salary is commensurate with experience.
