In November 2011, CMT Inc. was acquired by API Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: ATNY). CMT Inc. and API Technologies share complementary product offerings that will strengthen the organizations filter and filter based product footprint in the Commercial, Defense and Space fields.

CMT Inc. products range in frequency from 100MHz up to 50GHz. CMT Inc. has two complete RF Labs and a Class 100,000 clean room which are equipped with state of the art Agilent test equipment. CMT Inc. offers both catalog and custom designed products for wireless basestation, defense and space flight, space craft integration.
